What people ask before paying

What counts as a server?

Any machine running the Mango Agent: a physical box, a virtual machine, a container host. Retire one and it stops counting the same day.

What if I go over the servers my plan includes?

Nothing stops. Extra servers are charged one by one at the price on the card. Going up is charged straight away for the part of the period that is left; going down takes effect at the end of the period, so nobody pays twice for the same week. There is also a hard ceiling of four times the servers your plan includes, so a script that enrolls in a loop cannot mint a five-figure invoice.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Move up whenever you like. Move down and it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. A smaller plan never deletes anything: whatever is over the new limit turns read-only and works again the day you grow.

Who charges me?

Paddle. VTS Services Inc sells HopMango through Paddle, who act as the seller of record: the receipt and any tax on it come from Paddle.com, and your card details never reach our servers.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, within fourteen days of your first payment on a paid plan, and you can cancel at any time from the portal. Refunds and cancellation.

And the software I run myself?

The agent and the server components you run on your own machines are not billed here. This page prices the hosted service at hopmango.com.
